All of our child minders are extensively screened.

	Applicants are thoroughly interviewed
	All references are checked
	Qualifications and certifications are verified
	Criminal background checks are done
	Temperament, character and confidence are assessed
	Photo and copy of the applicants ID are added to our data base
	Contract of responsibility and service quality is signed by applicants
	Each time a child minders' services are used we follow up with the client to keep up to date on the quality of the service.
